Hello @speedy200man,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Cart abandonment plugins do not occupy the Woocommerce order number for the abandoned cart. Instead, the Woocommerce order number is generated only after placing the order from checkout.
And abandoned users are the users who have not placed the order, so there is no Woocommerce order number that can be occupied.
Would you please let us know if I am missing anything?
Hi!
Thank you for the reply. I noticed that after installing and configuring this plugin, the order numbers are not consecutive anymore. It’s like 1,2,5,7,10, and it only shows the orders that are paid – have status of Processing or Payment waiting (I have no filter on status). Upon activation, I had no gaps in order numbers.
I am using WP 4.9.18 and Woocommerce 3.5.9.

Thank you!

Hello @speedy200man,
It seems that you are using the old version of WordPress and Woocommerce.
To work this plugin smoothly, the required version of the WP is 5.4 & for Woocommerce, it is 5.0.0
Would you please update your WP version and Woocommerce version? And check it is working fine.
Can you please let us know if you are selling the subscription products as it creates a separate subscription order and results in consecutive order numbers?
Also, you have to select the order status in the plugin settings ( Exclude emails for ) for which you do not want to send the emails.
Please let us know how it goes.
Hello,
We do not sell subscriptions, only physical products. I have also configured the order statuses where it shouldn’t trigger the emails, like Paid, canceled, payment waiting, finalized.
Unfortunately I cannot update everything on this specific website, as there is a huge difference between versions and I am afraid that I will break the production website. Thank you for the support, and if I will encounter this after a future upgrade I will drop you a message.
Cheers,
Cezar
