    Hello
    We wanted to use your plugin for our paddle gateway. But after installing the plugin on our site, “WooCommerce Order” button not working. Nothing happens if someone tries to order on checkout.

    FYI, when I deactivate your plugin, everything works fine.

    Please advise.

    In our last message we clearly said that we use another Pro login which gives us this url on the settings: https://prnt.sc/1rww80c

    This URL is needed to add on this setting of Paddle: https://prnt.sc/1ty1dxn

    If we don’t set this, once the user orders the product, they will not get instant access to the digital product on the download section.

    Please let me know if it’s clear and if you plan to add this feature on your plugin.

    Yes,
    I’m clear with this.
    I already told you many times you don’t need to put this URL yourself.
    our plugin automatically detects this webhook and works with it.

    please do not compare with another plugin we develop this easiest way possible. user only needs one-click integration nothing else.

    Here is my issue with Paddle. So, if customer orders and pays through paddle, everything is working fine except the “Order is still showing Processing”, https://prnt.sc/1u18x1o it should have been automatically turn into “Completed”, once the customer pays for the product.

    I’ll request you to recheck after deactivating other plugins.
