Woocommerce not working on mobile and safari

Hi,

I have a problem with not working shop on my website. I can’t add products to cart, when I click add to basket it shows the message that the product has been added but the basket icon on top right shows the nr 1 meaning the product is in the basket but afer a second the number disappear and when I go to the basket it display message – your basket is empty.

It only happens on mobile on iOS and Android and on safari on desktop, it works on chrome and brave.

I tried everything from removing cache, disabling all plugins except woocommerce,even deleting woocommerce and reinstalling, also tried everything from this link https://businessbloomer.com/woocommerce-solving-cart-empty-issue/

Even contacted my hosting to see if they cache woocommerce but they come back to me that they don’t cache it.

Please advice on this. The only solution i see now is to change the theme witch i would like to avoid.

Does the issue get resolved when you change the theme?

If so, I recommend reaching out to the theme support so they can check the behavior of theme on different browsers can can help you.

If this behavior can be replicated with any theme, then I recommend conducting a conflict test as per the steps here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/#section-4

Hi,

Thanks for reply. I disabled all plugins and changed the theme to storefront.
Unfortunately it didn’t solve the issue. I still can’t add items to the cart on safari on desktop and on any browser in iOS and Android.

Can you share a copy of your status report as found under **WooCommerce > Status**? I’d like to check whether there are any must-use plugins at play here.

There is one error now: Remote Get: ❌ wp_remote_get() failed. Contact your hosting provider. As far as I know it’s related to plugin updates only. It was not there before. I reinstalled woocommerce.

Also installed wordpress and woocommerce only on subdomain and everything is working fine there, no problems on safari or mobiles, can this be related to SSL?
