    I changed PayPal accounts, I’m receiving the payments at PayPal but I get this message at my website:
    Validation error: PayPal IPN response from a different email address (xxxxx@xxxxxx.com). Order status changed from Pending payment to On hold.
    And it, therefore, doesn’t complete the transaction.
    PayPal is so difficult to communicate with 2 hours of trying and still no contact with a human. Woocommerce doesn’t offer an option of speaking to a human just documents, volumes of them.

    Hi there!

    If you’re using https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/paypal-standard/, you can fix this by making sure that you’ve got the main email address set up under WP Admin > WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > PayPal > PayPal email > Define – Email address to receive payment

    And: WP Admin > WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > PayPal > Receiver email > Define – Email address on PayPal Account.

    Woocommerce doesn’t offer an option of speaking to a human just documents, volumes of them.

We’d be happy to answer any questions you may have here as many of the issues we discuss with users require frequent reference to web links, and that is much easier to do on live chat /email/forums.

    Also, if you made a purchase on WooCommerce.com, you can take advantage of our Live Chat support channel. You need to be logged in to WooCommerce.com account, which was used for placing an order, and navigate to https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/. You’ll see a **Start Chat** button when there are operators available.

    If the above steps do not resolve your problem, can you please get back to us with a screenshot of your setup under WP Admin > WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > PayPal (please make sure that you’ve redacted any personal information, including your email address, API keys to configure the payment gateway etc)

    Along with that, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
