Woocommerce not playing well with Custom Theme

    So I’m relatively new to coding, so bear with me.

    When I run the twentysixteen theme, everything works seamlessly, however as soon as I enable the custom theme, the filter side widget stops working on the shop page (dev.soccermaxx.ca/shop) and the Add to Cart button doesn’t work on variable products (http://dev.soccermaxx.ca/shop/footwear/nike-premier-blacksummit-white-orng-blaze/).

    I’ve tried playing around with the javascript files and the functions.php, but I don’t really understand what I’m looking at really.
