Woocommerce not autocompleting virtual products

    Hi,
    I am trying to set a page using virtual products wihch are donation amounts.

    In my testing, the orders go through, and show as processing.

    The order notes show that the Stripe charge is complete.

    But it doesn’t change to Completed automatically.

    The documentation I’ve found says that virtual and downloadable products should complete automatically…

    I am reluctant to include a system report because it contains links to development site, and a huge amount of data about our server. Surely putting this data into a public setting is very unwise?

    Hi there,

    The documentation I’ve found says that virtual and downloadable products should complete automatically…

    It’s important to know here that orders will only autocomplete if they are *both* virtual and downloadable. If they are one or the other, you’ll want to use a plugin or some custom code to autocomplete them.
