Woocommerce New Order email issues (different than everyone else's

This is similar to problems I’ve heard on this forum, but with a twist. It works in some instances, and doesn’t in others, which is why I’m starting a new thread.

I’ve installed Woocommerce on my website, with theme Virtue. The store is working perfectly, the only issue is the back-end emailing. If I leave the “Recipients” field blank, it defaults to my WP email and it sends just fine. However, I need this email to be sent to multiple people. When I add even just one email to the “Recipients” field, it fails to send.

I’ve tried uninstalling, deactivating and all that fun stuff. Not familiar enough with PHP/HTML to even try to edit it. Any thoughts?
