Hello there,
Many issues can be resolved by doing a conflict check. I would start with this.
You can use https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/ for this. It allows you to deactivate all plugins and activate a default theme just for your user session.
Everyone else will see your site normally. I would start with this.
Activate the plugin and enter the “troubleshooting mode”: /wp-admin/index.php?page=health-check&tab=troubleshoot
. You can then do a test again. Troubleshooting mode also allows you to selectively toggle plugins back on.
The plugin requires a default theme like Twenty Seventeen present to work fully.
**Before you do that, please do make a full backup!**
Kind regards,
-

Thank you for your comments @conschneider
May be I should have added that in main language (Spanish) the shop works perfect and products are added correctly to order emails.
All configuration is the same in both languages/sites but in german the last step doesn’t work. It’s very estrange, I think
I used Multilingual Press to clone main site and translate it to german after.
Any idea?

Hello again,
I would still check for conflict to see if you can catch something and if that does not yield any results, turn to the error logs for clues.
But WooCommerce should works on multisite? sure?
My web is very small at the moment, I’m going to delete all and start again without plugins.

It should.
But WooCommerce must not be network activated. In general activate all of your plugins locally per site. Only network activate if the plugin is designated for it.
