Hello and thank you for contacting us.
Can you provide me more information about the issue?
Where exactly the issue is happening? Is it in the WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual > Multicurrency tab?
Perhaps you have activated automatic currency exchange rates?
Or it is perhaps in product edit screen?
Have you tested in a minimal setup only with WPML, WooCommerce Multilingual and WooCommerce – if this problem is happening again?
Hello and thank you so much for your reply!
I have tested a minimal setup only with WPML, WooCommerce Multilingual and WooCommerce, with my current theme deactivated and the problem is solved. The second currency can be edited ok. Then I began activating all plugins one by one, and the editing of the currency is still ok.
Now I don’t know how to figure out which plugin was causing the problem. And I need to know, because if I deactivate everything I’m losing my site.
Maybe you could suggest what should I do next?
Daniela
I think that the problem is somehow related to my theme.
I’ll try to contact the author with this matter.
Thank you so much!
Daniela
I was just thinking about this problem and writing you that if the issue is not happening anymore that I cannot suggest where to look.
I see that you think that the issue may be from your theme. I hope that you find the problem.
It might be something with Javascript – if your theme is using conflicting javascripts.
It is better always to consult with your developer – as we are now just guessing here.
