WooCommerce make the top variation clickable but the other fields not clickable

Basically, I am creating a booking system with woo commerce, and I currently have the variations set up so that there are start time, start date, end date, teacher, sessions and experience level. The start time selected at the top only has one variation per start time, so a start time of 10:30 for example will only have one outcome. So what I want it to do is make the other fields unseletectable so the other fields are there for information only.

At the moment you select a start time, and then you have to manually click on the other fields and select the option in the box as theres only one and I think customers will get confused with this so it would be better to make those fields unclickable and for it to automatically select the variation in that box so it doesn’t say choose an option it just displays the variation, as there will always only be one to select.
