    Hi!

I’m using Version 3.54.2 and my WooCommerce 4.7.0 won’t send mail attachments anymore. It makes no difference if it’s a customer generated invoice PDF or an uploaded PDF in the media archive. Both are features of the German Market Plugin 3.10.4 by MarketPress (mandatory for my needs) which uses the woocommerce_email_attachments hook for sending PDFs in mails.
First I deactivated the MailPoet Template Editor for WooCommerce, no effect. Only after deactivation of MailPoet the attachments worked again.

Could you please advice how to fix it? Or if it’s a known bug in MailPoet or incompatibility with the other plugins?
    Thank You!

  • Hi @mindcopter,

Unfortunately, this is due to some limitations of our sending service.

Please refer to this article: Choose How To Send Your WordPress Website’s Emails

When sending transactional emails with the MailPoet sending option, MailPoet does not include attachments in the emails that are sent because of bandwidth concerns and security implications with spam filters.

You should change the option in MailPoet Settings > Advanced > Send all site’s emails with… back to the default WordPress method.

    Sorry for any inconvenience.
