Can you check the installation folder of WooCommerce? It should be in wp-content/plugins/woocommerce

Let me know if that helps!

When I put the map of PDF invoices & Packing slips into wp-content/plugins/woocommerce the plugin is not even in the list of plugins anymore.

Ive installed the newest version of your plugin and its just in wp-content/plugins/
But youre saying it should be in wp-content/plugins/woocommerce??

This is the message I get

No I mean the WooCommerce installation folder. If you download an older version, it may end up in a different folder, like wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-2.1.9 instead of just wp-content/plugins/woocommerce. The folder of the PDF invoice plugin doesn’t matter in this case.

    Hope that helps!

So do I have to change the name of the folder? because youre right. It is called wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-2.1.9. So how do I solve it ?

yes, simply rename it to woocommerce and reactivate WC in the plugins. You won’t lose any settings doing this.

I did change the name of wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-2.1.9. into wp-content/plugins/WooCommerce

But that didn’t solve the problem, I still get the same message

    it’s case sensitive… wp-content/plugins/woocommerce instead of wp-content/plugins/WooCommerce!
Note that the plugin uses the official WooThemes method of detecting WooCommerce, so fixing this will prevent possible future issues with other plugins too. Also, after renaming the folder, WooCommerce will be deactivated because WordPress can’t find it in the old location, so you will need to reactivate.
