WooCommerce is not showing Attribute on product page

I am using the standard WooCommerce plugin (2.0.16) and am trying to get the ‘text’ field to show on the product page, so text for the previous year’s booth numbers can be entered for the product, before it is added to the shopping cart.
How do I do this?

I setup an attribute field (slug booth-numbers) to show on the product page, so text can be entered when the item is being ordered.

I see the ‘Booth Numbers’ under the ‘Additional Information’ tab, but I need to have the text field be in the main window and available for the customer to type in.

It seems that this should be able to be done thru the GUI without doing any code changes.
