• After being optimistic about this plugin and the commercial addon, I´ve only been disappointed very much! A paid plugin with support that is so underwhelming only means that I can say STAY AWAY …. FAR AWAY from this plugin! Maybe use the free version, but never ever BUY anything from these guys.

    You won´t get what you expect, you won´t get the help that you need, you will wait days for responses from them and they will say that you did not read the terms and conditions about the refund.

    Be aware that they don´t want to REFUND, although they say so. They claim that you did not read the entire documentation if the addons don´t work as expected and they won´t fix the problems and bugs!! and they won´t add necessary changes that are necessary.

    Again: Stay away from the commercial addons!

    Despite this, I was getting a refund after discussing the problems and insisting.

    Why would you write that you can’t get a refund while saying you were getting a refund?

    Well, I wasn´t reading the terms and conditions. They say that a refund is not possible if you just decide not to use the product. I was told I couldn´t get a refund, but I insisted in this because I wasn´t able to use the system. At the end I was getting a refund, but I think this was an exception.

    This was just meant to be a warning for all who consider this solution that the terms won´t allow a refund.

    Thanks for not leaving a 1 star review. However, I feel the need to clarify the situation.

    Our terms and conditions are very clear on the refund policy. Here is an extract (full terms available here: https://getawesomesupport.com/terms-conditions/):

    NOTE: refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased products. We stand behind our products and will assist you in solving any problem you have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why.

    So no, we do not grant refunds if you purchase an addon and then just decide not to use it.

    On the other hand, it is also clearly stated:

    If you have problems getting extensions to work, we will be happy to provide a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase.

    In short, if you have problems with the addon you bought, you must allow us to try and fix the problem. If we are unable to, or if the addon simply doesn’t work in your environment, we will happily issue a refund.

    The reason why we have issued a full refund is because we’ve already spent way too much time on the 4 tickets that you opened, and it appeared clear that we would waste a lot more time with your case after you started threatening to take legal actions (I still don’t know on what grounds as we’ve always held our part of the contract).

    Regarding the bugs you mentioned, they have already been fixed and the plugin has been updated today.

    Finally, I would like to add that even though most of our customer are happy, we’ve had a couple of unsatisfied customers. Those unsatisfied customers always remained mannerly, and we always ended up figuring something out. You’re the first person to make such a story.

    Thanks for your clarification. Your response to my request for a refund sounded much different! But I´ve been refunded the money, so all is good.

    It´s really interesting that your are selling a support plugin but consider customer support a “waste of time”.

    Speaks for itself I think.

    What I consider a waste of time is spending so much time on helping someone who in the end forces us to refund the purchase even though it’s against the terms he agreed to. You should stop justifying yourself with “Speaks for itself I think” and the likes.
