 * I’m trying to install Woocommerce to my site for the first time, but on clicking
   install I am getting this popup “Installation failed: Could not copy file. woocommerce/
   assets/css/admin.css”
 * How do I go about fixing this? Thanks!

 * Hi Beth,
 * Let me see if we can help here.
 * Are you trying to install this from your Plugin area of your dashboard here?
 * ![](https://cdn-std.dprcdn.net/files/acc_402708/86hABS)
 * If you are and it isn’t working please make sure to check that everything on
   your site is updated and that you have no 3rd party theme/plugins active.
 * This should enable you to install the plugin
 * Once you have it installed….I would then start with the WooCommerce 101 awesome
   video series as this will be the best way to see how to set up your site and
   this can be found here : [http://docs.woothemes.com/document/woocommerce-101-video-series/](http://docs.woothemes.com/document/woocommerce-101-video-series/)
 * Hope that helps.
