Issues with plugin – won’t allow me to refund orders

This is an update to my 5-star review, which is now 1-star. I had a customer request a refund, I was trying to refund it and found that it would stay in a loading loop that never ended. I tried to refund it manually and it came up the same issue.

I created a staging site and turned off the plugins one by one, the issue was Woocommerce Services. I reach out to Woocommerce support, they pretty much told me that nobody else reported it (mind you, they just did the update), and that I should look in the forum for help. The same forum that they never respond to. WOW.

Long story short, the only recommendation I received was to manually input them or avatax – which I’m looking into, but probably don’t even need that either. Needless to say, I’ll be taking down Woocommerce Services and Jetpack because it’s more of a pain than it is a relief.
