 * Hi, I’m running WooCommerce (2.3.13) with the WooPress theme and have a few questions…
   any help would be greatly appreciated!
 * **1. Flat Rate shipping option – **I want to set up a flat shipping rate of $
   4 per product – however, even after selecting the “Per Item” option, it still
   charges only a flat fee per ORDER, regardless of how many items are put in the

 * **2. Free Shipping option –** this website sells wine, so I would like to set
   up the option where if someone buys 12 bottles from a winery, they get free shipping–
   is this a possibility? (ideally the option would be presented to the consumer
   on the individual product’s page before checkout)
 * **3. Shipping restrictions **– not all wines will ship to every state, so I’d
   like to limit shipping per product based on the state that the purchaser is in(
   if the product doesn’t ship to VA, for example, then you can’t buy it if you 
   have a VA shipping address at checkout)

 * Your best bet is a plugin like “Woocommerce Advanced Shipping”.
 * I had virtually the exact same types of issues and the logic Jeroen built into
   this plugin (along with his amazingly sunny disposition and help) really worked
   for us.
 * It’s not free ($16) but it’s worth every penny.
