    Hello everyone, I’m very new to WordPress and needed some guidance on this issue.

    So I installed WordPress a few days ago and got setup with Woocommerce and the Rise theme from Thrive Themes. I have got my site designed the way I want for the most part but I really need to change the default “Cart Empty” button on the header of my site.

    I’ve searched around several forums and youtube and haven’t seemed to find any information on this issue. Ideally I’d like to get rid of that header button since I downloaded a menu cart pluging, but if I could simply change the color that would suffice as well.

    Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

    Some themes allow you to turn it off in theme settings or in header widgets. If not, you can hide it with some custom css:

    .mini-cart-contents {
      display: none;
    }

    Custom css can be entered at:
    Dashboard > Appearance > Customise > Additional CSS

    Thanks, @lorro!

    We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
