Hi @newdtech,
That “Invalid Order” message does not appear on my test site when I’m checking the [woocommerce_order_tracking]
shortcode functionality. Try conflict testing and see if that helps.
If the error still shows with only WooCommerce active and the default theme, take a screenshot of what appears on your screen using the developer’s tools. Right-click on the error and select “Inspect” (this option will show up on most browsers). In the developer tools that will pop up you should see “Elements” and “Console” tabs. From there, please send us screenshots of what’s being displayed using a tool like snipboard.io.
Thanks.
Hi Mirko
First of all Thank you for your answer!
It is not an error it looks more like a message and I think it is only there because I’m not logged in because next to it is a link to my account

Hi @newdtech,
Thanks for sending over the screenshot. I tested this just now on my site and it’s working for me too. When I use a private browser window while logged out and lookup an order it works. Here’s a screenshot of what I see:
If you haven’t yet, I would suggest running the conflict test that Mirko suggested. Let us know if you have any questions or trouble.
Thanks!
