Hey there, @nikbaumann! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.
I checked the link you mentioned and could see the message about being on test mode.
- You also mentioned that there’s a Google Pay button that is working, do you mind sharing the URL of where you see this button so we can check it?
- Can you please confirm which plugin you are using to add the Google Pay button?
- Is the Apple Pay button working?
Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:
System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.
You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.
Looking forward to your reply.
Have a wonderful day!
Thank you loads
I solved the problem – I looked at the installed plugins and was about to deactivate possible conflicting plugins. I spotted the plugin
Checkout Plugins – Stripe for WooCommerce
I then clicked the settings button of that plugin and could change the parameter to Live!! It was in test mode. This took me all day to find what was wrong but I fixed it. Hope this helps other people.
And Thank you

I believe this is their support forum:
On the other hand, I’ll go ahead and mark this as resolved however, feel free to create a new topic if you need any further help with WooCommerce core.
Also, if you have a minute, we’d love it if you could leave us a review:
