 * hello I need assistance, because by entering a google gmail email when I place
   an order it does not arrive, the moment I insert another email it arrives without
   problems

 * Just to explain better, in my websites I use woocommerce to sell products, when
   the order confirmation is sent, it is not received by the Gmails, while all the
   other hosting do.
    It only happens with Gmail.
 * Can you help me? I need to understand why it happens, and how I can solve this
   problem?

 * Yes I am exeriencing the same problem with Gmail addresses! Receiving admin notifications
   at Gmail does not work anymore since this week or so.

 * I’ve tried everything too, but I don’t understand why it happens only with gmail
   users.
    I have the same problem. Using woocommerce does not send emails to users
   who purchase to complete the order. This only happens with users who have Gmail,
   with other hosting it works instead.

 * **2.** Do you see any error messages like _‘Be Careful With This Message_’?

 * That indicates that the email is getting generated alright.
 * > when the order confirmation is sent, it is not received by the Gmails
 * **3.** Are the other emails (apart from the order confirmation email) being received?

    2. I don’t see any “Pay attention to this message” message
   3. yes the other emails are received
 * I have tried with various Gmail emails and they do not arrive, I have tried with
   various non-Gmail emails and they arrive, I have updated everything but nothing,
   I don’t know what else to do.

 * it seems incredible but the exact same problem happens to me.
    I also tried to
   verify, not in spam, not massages email and it only happens with gmail emails,
   with others it works. is there a solution? Gmail is used a lot, we have e-commerce
   that don’t send emails to complete orders!

 * If I understood you correctly, it seems that the emails are sent by WooCommerce
   without issues, however, they’re not being received by GMail (only), is that 
   correct?
 * There are a couple of reasons that this can be happening:
    - Your host (is it a shared host?) may be blacklisted by Gmail;
    - You’re using a different email at your FROM in the WooCommerce – You can check
      it by navigating to _WooCommerce > Settings >Emails_. There could be issues
      due to a mismatch between the declared sender (your FROM: at WooCommerce) 
      and the actual sender (Your server). Causing GMail servers to not receive 
      them.
    - To double-check if an email is being sent, you can use a plugin like:
    - [https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-logging/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-logging/)
    - This will log all outgoing emails so you can see what is being sent.
    - We have an article that comes in handy when talking about emails, let me share
      it with y’all:

    - In the end, it recommends using a dedicated SMTP server to prevent this! If
      you’re already using one, I’d recommend checking with them if there’s an issue
      delivering emails to Gmail servers!
