Hi @prohealthiq,
Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro.
You mentioned you searched the support forum
– are you referring to the PMPro’s member forum on http://www.paidmembershipspro.com (If so, please let me know which thread or username you are using so I may follow up with the relevant team member).
If you could please enable WP_DEBUG on your site and let me know if there are any errors that are displayed?
Here is documentation to enabling WP_DEBUG mode – https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG
Please keep me posted and thank you for your patience.
Andrew,
Thank you for your prompt reply, I really appreciate it!
I didn’t search the support forum on paidmembershipspro.com, no; I looked through the WordPress.org support forums for PMPro and the WooCommerce add-on. I found a couple threads with problems that sound similar to mine, but they were all older and unresolved.
Activating WP_DEBUG results in the following error messages:
Notice: wp_enqueue_style was called incorrectly. Scripts and styles should not be registered or enqueued until the wp_enqueue_scripts, admin_enqueue_scripts, or login_enqueue_scripts hooks. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 3.3.0.) in […]/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4041

While I don’t know the source of the first two notices, it looks like the last one is generated by the drag-and-drop page builder plugin I’m using.
Another detail that may be helpful: I have not yet updated to the most recent version of WooCommerce — I’m currently at 2.6.7. Also, I am running version 4.6.6 of WordPress. Could this be causing the issue?
@prohealthiq, thank you for your patience. I trust you had a great weekend.
I am working through this for you.
I apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Thank you for your patience, I have tested this with the latest version of WooCommerce (3.0.8) and it works as intended.
However, the price does not get scratched out and shown the discount amount. The regular amount gets adjusted by the global % discount.
Please could you check this by creating a dummy product for testing and set it to $2 or any amount and see if this issue is still persisting or if the $2 amount changes on the front-end of your online store.
@andrewza,
Apologies for the lateness of my reply, my schedule has been hectic.
I tried creating a dummy product and tested both a global discount and an item-specific price for my membership level, but neither had any affect on the final price at checkout.
I am currently in the process of updating WordPress and all my plugins, after a quick backup. I will report back here if this fixes my problem.
