# Woocommerce general error

 * Hello, After install the plugin I make a test and works nice, no payment required,
   
   but when I tried to enter in the configuration of woocommerce all the options
   return the same webpage: This page does not work The page [http://www.rentacar.ibizainmotion.com](http://www.rentacar.ibizainmotion.com)
   cannot process this request now. HTTP ERROR 500
 * Why could be the reason? I tried to desactivate the plugin and still returning
   the same

 * Once the plugin is deactivated the plugin errors should vanish.
    Plugin settings
   are not saved in DB or elsewhere.
 * If the 500 error is persistent try deleting the Place Order Without Plugin if
   the error still persists try disabling WooCommerce and re-enable WooCommerce.
 * Try putting WordPress in Debug mode and provide error log as pastebin
