Woocommerce Free Shipping Option

    I have an online store and am trying to create the following option for customers

    If a customer spends (over) 100$ they will be enabled for free shipping, applicable for USA/Canada only.

    The site currently only accepts payments/orders from USA and Canada with flat rate shipping enabled at $10 or $15.

    How can I create this option for all future orders? Extension maybe?
