WooCommerce flat rate shipping not calculating in cart

    I am trying to setup a shop but flat rate shipping is not calculating and I think I have all the settings correct. Is there something I am missing?

    Side note: Still awaiting installation of SSL certificate before switch on HTTPS and taking the site live. To test, go to site, click on menu, click Breads, Quick Breads, select and item and add to cart and then attempt to adjust the shipping rate.
