I have a number of variable products and would like to update pricing on them so using the export then import/update method appears best.

If I go to Products and click on Export at the top, I keep getting a 545 byte .csv every time. This has all the column headers but no products/data. This happens if I leave the export products to a CSV file as the default of ‘Export all’ or even if I select Regular Price for row 1, Variable product for row 2, Favorite category for row 3. It does not matter if I click products or leave all unclicked – I get the same 545 byte file.

    Woocommerce 5.8.0

  • Hi @eoren1 ,
Your server may not have enough memory to perform the import/export. You need to increase the memory limit. If you cannot do it yourself, there may something on the server that restricts it. Contact your hosting provider, and ask them to increase the limit.

    Thanks
