Woocommerce Error Message When Checking Out

I was informed by a customer yesterday that my website wasn’t allowing them to check out. I’ve since tried myself and it comes up with this message:

I am very new to wordpress and a complete beginner! I have managed to build the site etc without any problems but this has occurred and completely stumped me! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. The website it http://www.munchkinscakes.co.uk
