# Woocommerce error

 * Hi. I have an online store e-toalete.ro. I have 3 payment methods implemented
   in woocommerce. Every time I place an order on frontend interface appears an 
   error that says: “Your payment has been refused. retry the payment by repeating
   the order. If the problem persists, please contact your card issuing bank.” Although
   I receive the confirmation mail with my order and everything is fine.

 * It looks like you are seeing the above error message for all 3 payment methods
   active on your site, correct?
 * Firstly, thanks for sharing a screenshot of the console error, this is very helpful.

       A listener indicated an asynchronous response by returning true, but the message channel closed before a response was received

 * The most common cause of this error is having a Chrome extension that causes 
   cross-origin request issues.
 * To check if this is the case, can you please try temporarily deactivating all
   browser extensions and see if this resolves the issue?
 * Alternatively, since extensions are disabled in incognito mode by default, you
   can try accessing your site in incognito mode, place a test order and see if 
   this makes any difference.
 * If this makes no difference, can you please clarify which 3 payment methods you
   are currently using that result in this error.
 * Additionally, please can you share the following:
    - **System Status Report**: navigate to **WooCommerce → Status**. Select `Get
      system report` and then `Copy for support`.
    - **Fatal Error log**: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under **WooCommerce
      → Status → Logs**.
