• I have a problem with the “YITH Woocommerce Request A Quote” plugin and I’m not sure what is causing this. The user receives the Woocommerce error message (ul.woocommerce-error):

    • There was a problem in sending your request. Please try again.
    • , however on the administration side we receive the email from Woocommerce. The user does not receive a cc whether this is selected in the settings or not. Below is a list of testing completed to try figure out what’s happening.

      • I have deactivated all new plugins since the plugin was working. Plugin re-tested but it’s still providing the same Woocommerce error message to the user.
      • I have deleted the YITH Woocommerce Request A Quote plugin and reinstalled it and tested but it’s still providing the same error message to the user.
      • I have added a price to the product that I was trying to add to the quotation but still providing the error message.
      • I have gone into the Woocommerce email settings and enabled/disabled the email notification, and selected and deselected the CC copy to the user, however all these still provide the error message.
      • I’ve tried this both with and without products in the Woocommerce Cart via “add to cart” button, quotation still providing the error message.
      • I have logged out of WordPress and tried to complete as a user but still providing the error message.

I have researched other “add to quote” plugins but YITH Woocommerce Request A Quote plugin remains one of the top recommended plugins so I would rather stay with this. Hopefully the testing above means less testing at your end and helps you to work this out/fix in less time.
