I’m also having the same issue. I recently add some products to my shop. When customers add these new products, proceeding to checkout empties their cart, and shows one of two messages:
1. “Payment unavailable, your cart is empty”
2. Your session has expired”
Please fix this ASAP

PS. From your description, I suspect there’s some cache issue, so try to delete all your caches and test again.
