• Hi,

    Woocommerce is not sending “New Account” emails to anybody who registers with the site. The registration actually happens, just no email notification. I do have the “send email notification” box checked.

    Woocommerce is not sending a “Reset Password” email. When requested, the page on the site displays, “check your email” but the email never arrives.

    I have been searching for a solution for 24 hours now. I hope somebody can help.

    P.S. Have purchased extensions. Submitted this question directly to Woocommerce support desk yesterday. Have not heard back from them.

  • This is really more of a general wordpress issue than woocommerce
    could be a problem with your hosting configuration

    first, I’d recommend installing email log so you can see that emails are being sent even if they go nowhere

    Next, get an smtp plugin like easy wp smtp to give you more options to send email

    Then, try requesting a password reset and see what happens.
