    Hello

I also have a question about emails in woocommerce not sending. I have read a previous reply that said to check “Email sender options” and “Individual notification emails” settings in the woocommerce emails section. But, I don’t have either of these sections in my woocommerce email tab. In fact, when I click on ‘manage’ the various emails that should be sending, such as processing (non-admin emails like new orders), there are no “recipients” option for me to change it. For example, for orders that are “processing”, the customer gets an email (a hotmail one and a dummy mailinator one, both successful) to confirm their order, I tried with a dummy purchase. However I do not get an email to my yahoo admin email address to notify me a purchase has been made as an admin, and I cannot add a different email address (ie my admin one) to the list of recipients for orders that are “processing”.

I just tried again now with a different, non-yahoo admin email address, this time it sent successfully and I would be notified of a purchase. However it is still problematic as I need the emails to be sent to my yahoo address and not the non-yahoo one.

    Please assist,
    thank you

    Hi @stephunique,

Orders that are properly updating to Processing Status should generate an email that is sent to the customer’s email address. As the customer entered their email upon checking out, the notification should be sent only to that email and by default there is no way in WooCommerce to change the recipient.

You will want to install the WP Mail Logging (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-logging/) plugin. It logs all outgoing emails, so you can see if the emails are being sent out.

Just to add, we have an Email Troubleshooting guide that you may also come in handy in this case: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/email-faq/.

    Thanks.
