You are running an outdated version of the theme, which is not compatible with WooCommerce 2.0 yet. Please update to version 1.4.13 (which is the latest available stable version) and this issue should be resolved.

You can post this kind of questions via our support portal, since you are using a premium theme and get support with that.

In our knowledge base, there is an article about how to update your theme.

Please note that you will lose all customisations you might have done to the code of your theme, so if you have done that you should use a child theme in the future. Your settings will be preserved though, but I always recommend making a backup of your files (all files, not just your theme) and your full database.

ok coen, may i downgrade the woocommerce version which will suitable with current whitelight theme version 1.3.3? If possible, please help me.

You can only downgrade if you have a backup of your data. Like we mentioned in all our blog posts about WooCommerce 2.0 since December, the data update for this new version can not be reversed. That’s why the data updater also prompted you to make a backup before performing the update.

If you do not have a backup, you can’t go back to the 1.x versions of WooCommerce. Your hosting company might have a backup for you though.
