In WooCommerce, digital download links are also registered as products. When you create a product, you have the option to select it as a ‘Virtual’ and ‘Downloadable’ product where you can add the downloadable file. Therefore, if you have selected “Products” in the ‘Look for links in’ section of Broken Link Checker, it should also check the links of the digital downloads.

Thank you for responding so quickly. I had one download link that I know was incorrect, and the plugin did not catch it, so I just wanted to make sure I was not assuming it was checking everything if that was not part of the plugin features.
