Woocommerce: different shipping costs for different areas

Hallo,

I can’t work out how solve this problem with shipping, unfortunately standard Woocommerce is not that flexible.

I have:
– Products A and B
– Shipping to EU or Non-EU areas
– Hence, shipping costs combination can be A to EU, B to EU, A to Non-EU and B to Non-EU

I just can’t get that scheme to work, shipping classes help my case but it seems that shipping classes only apply to Flat Rate
Can I duplicate flat rate?

Or is there any way I can solve this?
