    WOOCOMMERCE DELETES DOWNLOAD HISTORY WHEN YOU REVOKE THE DOWNLOAD ACCESS!
    I have a customer who reversed his payment & I have removed his permissions to download.
    A dispute has been issued in paypal, and now I need proof that he has downloaded the product, but I cannot find the records even in the database!
    Need help recovering the download history.

    Hi @mar-deleon,

    If the download history has been deleted and cleared there is no way to receive that as it’s deleted data that no longer exists on the site or in its database.

    The only way to recover such data would be if you had a backup of the site and database from before you removed download access.
