Woocommerce – dealer site

I have a client that sells hunting gear. They want to resell their own products to people who wants to be a dealer. I’ve made a dealer site, but i just wanna hear if anyone can help me here:

I want to remove the checkout page so that when people with login clicks “Checkout” they just get a message that their order has been placed (If they have typed in their billing and delivery adress) and my client will manually send a invoice to the dealer 🙂 Can anyone help me?
