    Hi, I have an issue with my woocommerce data syncing with mailchimp, recend order data did not upload to mailchimp, and when I clicked to resync the resync is still running after 8 hours – it’s never usually this long.

    I recently rebuilt the site, transfered over to the exsiting domain, replacing the old site. I had disconnected mailchimp from the site via the plugin and mailchimp beforehand. I have reinstalled the plugin and resynced and it was working perfectly. However, I then installed siteground caching on friday, and this morning checked and the sync had failed.

    I have added /wp-content/mailchimp-for-woocommerce/ to the excluded urls in the cache settings, but the sync is still taking a very long amount of time. Is there a specific file I should be caching? I have it /mailchimp-for-woocommerce/* at the moment.

    In the logs, I’m getting this error:

    @peacockstrutmarketing sorry for the delay in responding here – as I’m sure you’ve probably submitted a ticket directly with your Mailchimp support team.

    A couple of questions come to mind. First, did you possibly get added as a user account on behalf of a client of yours, but then maybe they removed the account?

    Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin?
