    Hi. When I try to match attributes, after clicking save changes it doesn’t save the matching and only shows Woo-Name and Last Name on Sendinblue respectively. And even as that it doesn’t match users on the contact fields on SIB dashboard. I have uninstalled, logged out and reinstalled and logged in again with the API. Everything else is up to date.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Could you ensure that you have checked the box to “Enable Match Attributes”? This is necessary to map your WooCommerce contact attributes with your SendinBlue contact attributes.

    Hello everyone,

    Thanks for following up.

    Our technician has advised that updating the plugin to the newest version 2.0.26 (released yesterday) will resolve the issue with matching attributes.

    Could you please all update the plugin accordingly and let me know how you get on!
