WooCommerce customer receipt wrong when using a discount code

    Webpage: larvigaladan.se (WordPress, twenty thirteen theme)

    I am working with WooCommerce for the first time and if I use a discount code, the amounts in the customers receipt is wrong. On the webpage, it shows the discount, and everything is correct. Same for when you are paying. But when the customer gets a receipt from us, the numbers are wrong. They are also wrong after you have made your payment and are sent back to a page containing your order number, price and so on. In these two cases, the discount does not show, and I can not figure out where the numbers come from!

    Eg:
    In cart on webpage (correct showing):
    price: 249
    discount: 50
    shipping: 39
    total: 238 (incl tax 47,60)

    On receipt (wrong):
    price: 261,51
    shipping: 39
    total: 300,51 (incl tax 60,10)

    As you can see, the discount does not show and the numbers are totally wrong. Any ideas on how to fix it?
    I have tried to deactivate all plugins and use a different theme (twenty seventeen) as well as clearing history, cache and so on.

    Hi @anitamajic,

    That doesn’t sound right at all! Having that said, even without adding a coupon code at the checkout I’m seeing totally different order total values on the cart page than later at the checkout.

    We’re not the authors of the Hips Checkout plugin so it’s hard for me to tell what exactly could have gone wrong here. I’d strongly recommend to pass these two screenshots to the plugin authors directly – here you will find their contact info:

    The VAT and the shipping is added in a later step in HIPS so everything is correct when finishing the order (they need you to fill in the adress and all your personal data for it to show).

    But I still can not get the receipt correct when I use a discount code.

    The customer gets two receipts, one from HIPS and one from our webpage. The one from HIPS is always correct, eaven when using a discount code, but the one that is sent automatic from our webpage when a customer has orderd the product is wrong when using a discount code and correct when not using a discount code.
