# WooCommerce create account error

 * I have “WooCommerce Checkout” option unchecked so there is no reCAPTCHA box visible,
   but out customers are still getting the message “You have selected an incorrect
   reCAPTCHA value”
 * When I check “WooCommerce Checkout” the reCAPTCHA box is visible but people on
   mobile devices are unable to see all the images, therefor can’t verify.

 * WooCommerce v3.0.5. I have disabled the plugin for now as we were getting too
   many complaints from customers. I would like to keep using the plugin if you 
   figure out the issue.

 * I was able to duplicate the problem if I am checking out while not logged in 
   and select “create account”. I will see if I can fix it

   WooCommerce checkout page if “Create an account” is checked and Enable reCAPTCHA
   on WooCommerce checkout is disabled.
 * not sure what to do about this yet, I am able to see all images on my Samsung
   Note 5.

 * Awesome Mike, thanks for fixing that so quickly. I’m not sure which devices the
   images aren’t visible on. I am just going off what multiple customers have told
   me. Disabling the recaptcha for the checkout will solve it for me though.
