I have a website using WooCommerce. I was able to log-in to the Dashboard, but saw a critical error message. I disabled all plug-ins and was able to log-in to the Dashboard. I then enabled them one-by-one, and activating them one-by-one. When I got to the WooCommerce plug-in, I got the critical error, again. Does anyone know what’s going on? what the fix is?

Update: after more testing/debugging, I’ve removed a couple PayPal WooCommerce add-ons, and a couple other non-essential plug-ins, and the site is back up. Maybe it wasn’t WooCommerce after all, but a plug-in conflict.

  • Can you share your server info, after going into Tools > Site Health > Server Tab

Which PHP version and extensions you are using, most likely it will be PHP version issue, but with limited information it will always hard to tell.

I’m glad you were able to find a solution to your inquiry here and thanks for sharing it with the community too! 🙂

Since this was a plugin conflict, it would be best reaching out to the plugin’s developers for further assistance.

    Thanks!
