I faced the same issue !
if am correct you where connecting to facebook before and then you changed the account by disconnected it and connect again then this issue appear ?
I only updated the plug to 2.x

I’m sorry the connection to Facebook is not working for you on your site. The error you’re experiencing is new for us, but we’ve seen a few other reports of it in the last day or two. We’re currently working with Facebook to fully understand the cause of this issue.
If you are experiencing this specific error, and it continues after multiple connection attempts, we ask that you reach out to our team with both the email address associated with your Facebook account and your Business Manager ID.
You can find your Business Manager ID by going to the Business Manager, selecting the business you want to connect to, and checking the URL for the “business_id=” value. This information will let the Facebook team find your connection attempt in their logs. Please do not post this information in the forum.
In the meantime, you can also click the contact us link to reach out to Facebook about this particular error, if you’d like!
