    Have tried everything as advised and suggested by the support team. Here ALSO I find that everyone is facing the same issue.
    I had set up a store at Printful for the trial purpose from and as login email, after trying I deleted the store and also WordPress from the Domain.
    Now when I try to connect my actual website which is not the trial domain with printful with a login email id I get the above message.
    Both the domains were hosted on the same server of siteground.
    Can anyone help me out on the issue and suggest a way out because the support team has the same solution.
    even when I log into my store at Printful I do not see store default as suggested by ….. copy both API Key and Secret to Printful Dashboard > Settings > Stores > Store Defaults
