    Hi, I have this plugin in the Pro version, I want to use it together with Woocommerce, but when creating a ticket, it does not give the option to select the order you want to consult. However, in Dashboard, it does show the customer’s orders, is this so? I saw a screenshot on your official website where there is a field where you select the order. Thank you in advance

    Hi Caoba,

    Thank you for creating a ticket. You can use our custom field feature to make sure that customers can select order or product from ticket creation page. Here I attach a documentation link I hope you will find this useful.
