WooCommerce Chelcout Terms and Conditions Link

    The current T & Cs link opens a new browser page (i.e.’target=”blank”). This can be confusing for customers as there is no obvious way back to the ‘pay button’ on checkout page.
    The ‘Target’ value can easily be changed to ‘self’ using a customised ‘review-order.php’ thus enabling the browser back button to be used or perhaps button on the page with a Back button on the Terms page.

    However, surely the best and most obvious method would be to open a popup window containing the Terms. When closed by customer, they then find they are back to where they started.

    Can anyone please suggest a method of achieving this ?

    I’ve already posted on their suggestions page but I doubt whether much will come of it – if anything, in the near future ! I certainly won’t be able to afford the fees required by Woo to post on their support forums.

    I’ve posted it on this forum because previously I’ve found many solutions to WooCommerce in this excellent forum including from WC plugin developers.

    Indeed their have been two previous posts on similar issues concerning the ‘Terms Link’ (different to my own) but these were not challenged by a moderator.

    I hope you can see fit to let my request for help remain ?

    The wordpress.org support forums are meant for the core application, themes and plugins that are distributed on wordpress.org. We do not support themes or plugins downloaded from elsewhere.
