As of now, since there’s no dedicated option to do that on the Astra theme, you will need to add custom CSS to achieve the things you mentioned above, including changing the size of the product image on the Cart page.
However, I don’t think I understand you well with the product image on the Checkout page, as on the Astra theme, there’s no product image appearing on the Checkout page. What did I miss?

Since I do not know how to add custom CSS I will leave it as it is for now.
As far as image size is concerned you are not missing anything since it appears only in cart page and Ι mistakenly mentioned the checkout page.

I would like to change margin and padding in “Your order” form in checkout page because when I add extra product options in mobile view it looks terrible (overlapping the lines).
Also to add a second column in cart page for “Cart totals” form.

In order to help you with working CSS, we are going to need your live site URL. And please share with us a screenshot showing the “terrible looks” on mobile view. If you can let us know the steps to replicate it, that would be helpful too.
As for adding a second column in the Cart Page for the Cart totals form, I don’t think it can be done.
