    Hello,

This may not be the correct place to ask about this, but I found a thread on the support forums on TheEventsCalendar.com (Woo Commerce and Events Tickets Plus NOT syncing, plus) from michaelsnovilla. Victor was attempting to resolve his issues, but I’m not sure if they came up with a working solution.

The issue is that on the WooCommerce checkout page, after the customer fills out all of the fields in the checkout form and clicks the “checkout” button, an error message is displayed to the user above the form. On chrome it is just a red circle icon with an exclamation point (!); on FireFox it displays the exclamation point and the text “Internal Server Error”.

The order still comes through the back end and we receive all of the data that the customer entered. If the event ticket they purchased was not free, their credit card gets charged despite the Internal Server Error. However, since the customer gets no notification that the transaction was completed and their card was charged, they sometimes click the checkout button again to try to get it to go through again which submits another order and charges their card again.

This has been an ongoing problem and I’m having trouble locating the source of it, so any information would be very much appreciated.

I will be happy to provide any necessary info on plugins versions, etc. to help the process.
