    In the Checkout page you can choose from delivery or collection on location. If you want to pick it up, the option is active to choose a date. This section does not work properly. Sometimes the date and location part are frozen. The problem is that it doesn’t work at all times. That’s why I can’t figure out where to find the solution. The problem occurs in every browser. If you refresh the page then it works one moment, but it can suddenly be frozen with the next refresh.

    Is anyone familiar with the problem?

    It sounds like you are using a plugin to add this functionality, as it’s not part of the WooCommerce core plugin. I’d recommend reaching out to the developers of the plugin you are using for help with this.

    Thanks for your reaction.

    We have turned off all plugins one by one to see if the site reacted. The problem persisted even though the plugins were turned off. It seems that the problem is somewhere else. Or we don’t do it properly.

    The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.
