• Hi,

    I’m having problems with my checkout page. Yesterday I had customers calling me that they can’t order products because on the checkout page it wont recognize the address given. When you fill all the info and try to go further it says “Add address to continue”.

    I got this fixed by resetting the checkout form in the settings but now there is “country” and “Province” selections and works only with them. When I try to delete those it stops working.

    Any idea where the bug would be?

    Hi @vv97vv

    Try switching back to a default theme like Twenty Seventeen or Storefront and disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce to see if this resolves the issue. If so, then re-enable each one at a time until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

    Thank you @johndcoy for your answer but I got it working already. For future I’ll remember this default theme thing if any problems occur.
